The Director, Growth & Innovation, Gov+ owns and drives the growth and innovation agenda for the Gov+ Strategic Task Force. This is achieved through close interlocks with the NEXT Service Organisation, as well as key leaders in the Public Service and Defence & Homeland Security Client Service Units (PS & DHS CSU), i.e., Client Service Leads, Client Delivery Leads, Sales Leads.

 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Transformation Planning & Operations, Gov+, the Director, Growth & Innovation, Gov+ will lead the origination and execution of Gov+ growth & innovation campaigns, whilst owning and driving Gov+ asset harvesting initiatives as part of the overall growth strategy for Gov+ in Singapore and globally.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent advice, insights, ideas, inputs to and participate in discussion regarding NCS Gov+ expansion plans
  • Lead Gov+ growth and innovation agenda by:
    • Originating campaigns for Gov+ clients
    • Driving a campaign, e.g. curated for specific gov segment or by emerging areas such as Data Analytics, AI, Smart City etc.
    • Driving sales origination
    • Developing growth strategy for targeted country or product
    • Identifying opportunity maps for the Gov+ domain
    • Working out and develop execution plans for identified Gov+ accounts
    • Garnering support from the client and delivery teams in the execution of plans
    • Interacting with client stakeholders to formulate plans and structure
  • Partner and engage internal and external stakeholders, to build and seed growth or innovation opportunities

  • Solid understanding and deep insights on the future trends of technology in different industries and businesses
  • Strong business acumen and understanding on the wide range of NCS service offerings
  • Consulting practitioner
  • Demonstrated success in project and change management initiatives
  • Experience in leading strong teams and influencing others towards a common vision and goal
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional communication and engagement skills, for both external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate challenges in complex and conflicting situations
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and in a fast-paced environment
