Associate/Manager, People Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking People Experience (PX) Associate/Manager to lead the design and delivery of employee-focused, company-led events. This role is pivotal in shaping initiatives that foster engagement, strengthen connections, and cultivate a strong sense of belonging across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and meticulous execution to creating meaningful experiences that enhance our workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for company-led employee events that align with business goals and reinforce a positive and engaging company culture.
- End-to-End Event Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of employee engagement events—including town halls, recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, and company-wide celebrations—to ensure seamless and impactful delivery.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Design and implement initiatives that foster inclusivity, collaboration, and a strong sense of community across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, Communications, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure events support broader company initiatives and priorities.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee event budgets, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective yet high-quality event execution.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze employee feedback post-events to evaluate effectiveness and inform enhancements for future initiatives.
- Internal Communications & Promotion: Develop and execute communication plans that drive awareness, participation, and excitement around events and initiatives.
- Hybrid & Virtual Event Management: Create engaging and scalable virtual and hybrid experiences to support a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Ensure all events are inclusive, accessible, and reflective of the diverse needs and preferences of employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. IHRP certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, Event Planning, or Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful employee engagement events.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in leveraging HR systems, collaboration tools, and communication platforms for event coordination and promotion.
- Creative and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for enhancing employee experience through events.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
