We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Professional Services Engineering team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex customer solutions.  

This is an opportunity to work with enterprise customers across a diverse range of technologies while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and contributing to high-impact projects.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement and support enterprise network, security, wireless and collaboration solutions for a diverse range of enterprise customers.  
  • Lead technical delivery activities, including solution design, deployment, testing, migrations and ongoing optimisation.   
  • Provide technical leadership on customer projects, ensuring successful outcomes across quality, performance and delivery objectives.  
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Sales teams and customers to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and infrastructure issues, providing expert guidance and escalation support where required.   
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution reviews, technical scoping and effort estimation for customer proposals.   
  • Mentor and support engineers across the broader team, sharing knowledge and driving technical excellence.   
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical standards and best-practice delivery frameworks.   

 

What makes you perfect

  • Radio access networks(RAN) design and deployment experience
  • Telecom Infrastructure (3G/4G/5G RAN, Power Systems) experience
  • Experience in Network engineering within enterprise or managed services environments.   
  • Expertise in routing and switching, network security, wireless, MPLS, VPNs and related technologies.   
  • Experience designing, deploying and supporting large-scale network solutions.   
  • Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.   
  • The ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.  
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE or equivalent will be highly regarded.
