In the role of Business Partner for Enterprises and Government (EAG) CFU, this position supports EAG and EMS in shaping business strategy and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires a proactive and analytical individual to drive critical business processes and support decision-making within EAG. 

 

Make an Impact by:

 

  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Lead strategic business planning and target setting exercises for EAG Enterprises and EMS.
  • Business Targeting and Operations: Develop and implement effective business targeting strategies. Oversee operations by leveraging insights from management reports and data analysis. Develop and test hypotheses for strategic decision-making across various domains.
  • Financial Management: Participate in the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and complete financial entries. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, incorporating sensitivity analyses and scenario planning for continuous business monitoring.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Engage in regular cadence reviews, such as funnel management, to ensure business visibility. Plan and coordinate interlocks with other business units to promote collaboration.
  • Management Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate management reporting, including Flash reporting, TMs, BPR and management dashboards. Monitor GTM initiatives and utilize collaboration tools for seamless updates from the sales team to management.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about key trends affecting the business, including developments in the enterprises and government sector and market environment changes specific to vertical industries.
  • Being part of the project Stellar team, driving forecast automation.

Skills for Success: 

 

  • Degree in accountancy/business
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, including business partnering and sales ops experience in large SME/MNC
  • Data Analytics
  • Customer Records Mgmt
  • AOP/Forecasting
  • Leadership, empathetic, good presentation skills
  • Microsoft office, PowerBI, excel, PowerPoint etc
