The Billing Executive will report to the Billing Team Lead. This role would be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of revise billing.

Make an Impact by:

• Perform billing activities as per agreed schedule and ensure bills are dispatched on time.
• Clarify with requestor on the revise billing request and perform by agreed timeline.
• Work closely with IT to resolve billing issues.
• Promptly prepare and dispatch reports to various stakeholders.
• Work with digital team to digitalize/automate billing processes, reports and workflow.
• Review and set up new processes or to recommend improvement to existing processes.
• Perform UAT testing for enhancements.
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Business or equivalent.
• Preferrably at least 1 year experience in billing environment.
• Hands on experience using SAP would be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, eye for detail and meticulous.
• Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.
• Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
