The Billing Executive is responsible for implementing billing and pricing for customers. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely billing aligned with customer network configurations and contracted pricing agreements. This includes interpreting customer orders, understanding service and pricing requirements, and implementing them correctly across multiple-billing systems to ensure accurate invoices. The role aims to deliver seamless customer experience while ensuring all revenue is billed promptly. It also supports revenue assurance through the investigation and resolution of billing errors and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Employees will be required to work according to the operational hours of the overseas operations they support.

 

 

Make an Impact by

 

  • Deliver accurate billing – Ensure timely and accurate billing for customers, completing orders within KPI
  • Process customer orders – Interpret customer orders and accurately add or update services and pricing into billing systems
  • Implement pricing – Ensure pricing information aligns with customer contract agreements
  • Manage billing errors – Investigate and correct billing errors and exceptions through error report management
  • Resolve billing enquiries – Address billing issues and complete resolutions within KPI
  • Ensure revenue assurance – Maintain overall integrity of billing accuracy and ensure all revenue is billed promptly
  • Drive process improvements – Identify problems in processes and initiate improvements/solutions
  • Quality assurance – Conduct quality check reviews and root cause analysis of errors
  • Collaborate across teams – Liaise with customer service desks, network teams, sales, delivery teams, and IT groups
  • Educate upstream teams – Work with internal teams to improve accuracy of billing inputs          

 

 

 Skills for Success

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience with billing systems and pricing, gained within a Finance, Billing, or Customer Service environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in information management, including practical use of relational databases
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), with solid working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks, including handling multiple monthly deadlines and resolving issues effectively
  • An adaptable and collaborative team player who performs well in dynamic environments and maintains a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly advantageous
