Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities 

• To support system testing and implementations. The tasks include:
• To prepare test plans and conduct user acceptance testing.
• To work closely with relevant stakeholders to analyse problems and ensure all testing are completed and issues resolved on time.
• To document the test results, prepare training material and conduct briefing to users upon completion of project.
• To support data validation and migration
• Any other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following: 

• Diploma with 2 years’ experience in user acceptance testing and telco knowledge preferred.
• Candidates without experiece may apply 
• Must be IT literate especially in Excel, Access and basic SQL.
• Must be numerate, meticulous and able to work with tight timelines.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
