We are hiring hybrid cloud sales to grow the newly formed Commercial and Enterprise Line of Business by generating new business and acquiring new accounts. This can be achieved through account planning, territory planning, researching and prospecting both customers and partners, using business development techniques and various field sales activities. We are looking for proactive, with growth mindset (personally and for the customer) to drive sales with in the areas of hybrid cloud and public cloud. 


Your will need to understand customer’s business challenges, translate and map customer’s requirement to NCS service offerings wrap around the vast breath of the solutions offered by the hyperscaler’s. Driving cloud adoption and walking the cloud migration journey would be your top priority. You can also look forward to interact and collaborate with a diverse and rich list of partners (both hardware and software) where we will work towards transformation traditional IT purchases into consumption based solutions to span across the cloud, core and edge.

•    Prospect, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline
•    Develop and execute strategic plan for your assigned territory to meet monthly, quarterly and annual order bookings and revenue.
•    Timely and accurate update of opportunities, customer information, forecast to deliver credible management report
•    Cloud(s) product/offering strategy planning, business case development and launch of cloud solutions to targeted customers. 
•    Managed cloud partner eco-system within your assigned territory
•    Work with cloud partners and internal cross functional team (portfolio owners, marketing and SME) to help customer save money, improve operational efficiency and ensure business continuity and resiliency. 
•    Incubate and lead pilot effort for new product/solutions offering by the cloud providers.
•    Advocate hybrid multi cloud solutions, cloud ops, automation services and managed services offering to senior executive, key decision makers and partners
•    Builds and influences relationship with sales leaders, solution practice leads, delivery leaders and internal support functions to support deal construct and to obtain approval for bid submission  
•    Develop value driven narrative proposals and confident in presenting proposal to customers, partners and account team. 


•    Passion for SMB customers success – Deep curiosity to understand how SMB customer are adopting cloud and how you can help them accelerate their cloud journey.
•    Prior working knowledge of public cloud technology and complex hybrid cloud offering based on Opex offerings (IaaS, Paas, PPU)
•    Quick learner of technology and the value it drives help customer address business challenges
•    Growth and innovative mindset which can work in environment with ambiguity.
•    Excellent problem solver with the ability to simplify complexity given any situation being able to quick adept to various proposition.
•    Possesses the ability to articulate business value to senior execution and decision maker
•    Ability to convert technical language into business oriented and value driven conversation
•    Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
•    Solid presentation skills
•    Prior experience in selling cloud and Opex solutions is highly desirable
•    Education: A Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent. Master Degree would be advantageous
