Biz Dev Mgr, Managed Svc Sales Spec

Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Client Service Units and provide input regarding IT infrastructure management services, Cloud Services 
  • Engage clients, build a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, identify, drives, orchestrate and close opportunities with clients that produce transformative business outcomes
  • Strategise and position company’s solutions and services to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build pipeline  
  • Drive business opportunities for our clients leading to multi-year IT Outsourcing, cloud, and services deals
  • Engage and work with various teams within organization and develop a pursuit plan for bids and solutions
  • Direct and/or coordinate supporting sales activities 
  • Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solution team, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
  • Track risk and management throughout the bid process
  • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the client

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possessed at least a Deg in Business/Marketing/IT
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales support or similar role
  • Experience in managing bids/tenders and working closely with sales team
  • Good project and time maangement skill
