Business and Partnerships Manager (Financial Services and Device Sales)

Responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with Financial Service partners, cross-functional teams (including Analytics, Campaign Management, Marketing Communications, Web/App Product Development, Digital Experience, IT, Operations, Customer Care, Telco Product Marketing, Telco Sales, Legal/Regulatory, etc) to achieve annual business, commercial and marketing targets.
•    To achieve business, commercial and marketing targets through a data-led approach in:
- identifying key customer segments, needs and Robo-Advisory Investment product and other Financial Services (such as Lending products, credit cards) matches;
- finding and evaluating Robo-Advisory Investment product and other Financial Services (such as Lending products, credit cards) USPs and propositions;
- projection of campaign participation and Robo-Advisory Investment product and other Financial Services (such as Lending products, credit cards) take-up;
- management of campaign marketing budget, including tracking spends against budget and forecasts;
- management of overall marketing campaign calendar (ATL, BTL, content, etc);
- driving the GTM plan, formulating key campaign message(s), and overseeing concept, design, creation and copywriting of all communication materials (eDM, SMS, short- and long-form content, websites, etc) tailored to different segments and needs;
- planning campaign communications with cross-functional teams managing other channels (e.g. MySingtel app, Singtel Dash app, Singtel website, Singtel-managed social media assets, Singtel shops, etc);
- conducting multi-variate testing and marketing research;
- operational campaign execution;
- effective, efficient, multi-channel retargeting of customers;
- proactively compiling, measuring, analysing and optimising campaign performance, predicting scenario-based results, identifying funnel insights, and planning and executing follow-up improvements; and
- working with Financial Service partner (UOBAM) to monitor and upkeep performance and putting in place remedial actions, if any.
•    Co-drive Financial Service squads as Product/Business Owner to define requirements for Product roadmap initiatives, end-to-end user experience and product branding.
•    Manage Partner(s) driving device sales, sold through a B2B2C arrangement
- maintaining proper documentation/filing of Partner(s) contracts, Device Sales tracker and processing of procurement documents.
- manage and oversee the end-to-end process of device sales from order to deliver to invoicing of Partner(s)
•    Prepare presentation materials, project management reports, pre-meeting briefs, meeting notes and management updates.
 
 Requirements:

•    Degree in Business, Marketing, or its equivalent.

•    A least 4-5 years of product marketing experience and 3 years’ digital campaign marketing experience, preferably in the Financial Service industry.

•    At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing financial service product marketing campaigns, and well-versed in Financial Service industry-specific product positioning, target segmentation, branding, acquisition and loyalty strategies, compliance guidelines. 

•    At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ATL and BTL marketing, copywriting, content management and working with agencies.

•    At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in customer lifecycle and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, etc).
