  • Liaise with the respective IT in-charge to enhance the sales support system to enable sales account planning, tracking and reporting.
  • Administer customer account movements among account managers and sales teams.
  • Review and control customer account creation to ensure that it is created according to the agreed sales engagement rules.
  • Liaise with respective IT in-charge to extract relevant data and report from systems for analysis.
  • Operationalize the sales commission scheme; include checking and investigate into data integrity; extraction of details upon salesperson requests; sales target assignment.
  • Support sales target setting, Sales Commission Scheme and target acknowledgement exercise
  • Support annual account movement exercise
  • Verification of sales manual claims




  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with billing system, business data warehouse and CRM.
  • Proficiency in data mining or using query languages
  • Practical experience in programming (e.g. VB, Python)
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Numerate, and strong ability to understand/read/transform policy and strategy into tracking methodology in systems
  • Good business sense
  • Sharp analytical mind with a strong drive to excel and good team player
  • Independent, self-starter
