Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Mgr

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for the quality assurance of the application delivered by the development team.
•    Create & maintain testing strategies, testing scripts and test cases according to Business requirements.
•    Conduct testing and quality assurance
•    Responsible for certifying the quality of the application
 

The ideal candidate should possess: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or other related disciplines
•    2 or more years of application testing experience, with project management experience
•    Ability to execute application testing
•    Experience with structured testing mythology (use of automation tools)
•    Ability to multitask, prioritize and translate business requirements into test scenarios. 
•    Discipline in documentation
•    Ability to think strategically, act tactically and independently to generate new ideas and opportunities
•    Strong decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
•    Familiarity with both procedural and object oriented design principles and an excellent understanding of software development practices and concepts.
