This role is responsible for Business Development to identify new potential partners to become Singtel’s wholesale customers. The scope includes building good relationship with potential business partners, with strong negotiation skills to close commercial deals to achieve a win-win situation for Singtel and business partners based on sound financial justification.



  • Key responsibilities to identify new business opportunities/partners, engage and close commercial deals with potential partners to achieve financial targets and market share.
  • Manage and build sustainable relationships with new and existing business partners to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Develop on commercial business models that best suite both business partners and Singtel’s needs and objectives.
  • To work in close collaboration with Internal Technical, IT, Billing teams and vendors to meet each business partner’s needs and requirements for a successful launch.
  • Have good business acumen and knowledgeable on pricing strategies, financial terms for negotiation with business partners and finance team to build a viable business case.
  • Perform regular business analytic reports on the performance of partners for management reporting and performance tracking of business.



  • Min. Degree holder with at least 5-8 years of current or past experience in business development, product management preferably in Telco or IT business.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve win-win business objectives. 
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues detected with timely resolution with key stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project milestones.
