Business Development Manager

We have a great opportunity for a talented and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our NEXT Solutions team in NCS. Your primary responsibility is to qualify, nurture, progress and secure experience led based opportunities/deals across customers spanning our extensive market segments. You will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of digital experience adoption across these customers encompassing the public and hybrid cloud landscape. Additionally, you will be responsible to orchestrate and lead extended teams to ensure best the best fit solutions are positioned to our customers with an intention for them to accelerate adoption, in return achieving business value.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with the Business Development Director and account teams to define strategies and identify opportunities to drive business expansion for the experience led business.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through customer service unit teams, direct reach outs as well as collaboration with marketing and partner teams.
  • Work with all relevant teams to support customer interests and opportunities.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to identify the key drivers, pain points and challenges at the customer to facilitate best fit technical and commercial solution.
  • Articulate the value of NCS’s offerings in tune with customer’s digital experience strategy and adopt a proactive collaborative approach with high degree of ownership.
  • Responsible to manage and achieve desired quotas/revenue targets for assigned territory.
  • Engage with prospects through value-based selling and industry perspectives.
  • As part of sales planning and management responsibilities, develop growth strategies for customer accounts, manage proposals and deal structuring, develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • 5 years or more of technology business development experience with at least 2-3 years on digital experience solution experience.
  • At least 5 years of technical development and integration background
  • Possess fundamental level understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms and complimentary products and services.
  • Good understanding of technology operating models for enterprises (commercial and government).
  • Consultative and value based selling skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • High level technical understanding with an ability to translate benefits to business outcomes/impact.
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity/out of the box deal making.
  • Self-starter. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in Digital Experience platform solutions such as web content management systems, web analytics, marketing technologies, API management platforms and user experience design
  • Possess Degree or higher (technology related preferred).
  • Experienced in project delivery would be beneficial
