As the business partner, this role holds accountability for driving the overall financial strategy and attaining financial and operational excellence for the Enterprises and Government Business unit. This includes forecasting and budgeting to ensure effective financial management, as well as analyzing and compiling Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.

 

Make an Impact by:

 

  • Collaborate in strategic business planning and budgeting exercises for Enterprises and Government. Contribute to syndication exercises with key product houses on a regular quarterly cadence, as well as the annual AOP cycle.
  • Drive productive business targeting and administer seamless business operations for business through intelligence and insights from management reports, analysis, and data mining.
  • Develop and prepare a forecasting model for regular business monitoring, including relevant sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Ensure effectiveness and internal control of business unit operations by streamlining processes where necessary.
  • Oversee essential projects as needed and conduct regular cadence reviews, such as funnel management, to ensure visibility of the business. Plan and coordinate interlocks with other business units to promote collaboration
  • Drive timely and accurate management reporting for key business decisions – Growth/BAU TMs and BPR’s and management dashboards and drivers.
  • Ensure monthly month-end closing procedures are executed to ensure proper book closure.
  • Stay informed of key trends affecting the business, including new developments in the enterprises and government sectors, progress of commercial enterprises, and market environment changes specific to certain vertical industries.

 

Skills for Success: 

 

  • University degree or equivalent in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Planning / Analyst / Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Capable of managing and analyzing large volumes of data. Familiarity or experience with Tableau and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience in budgeting and driving accurate management reporting and analysis for key business decisions.
  • Demands extensive strong cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, and a process-focused aptitude that will enable this role to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Strong business acumen with customer-oriented personal, independent and a good team player
  • Meticulous and responsible with sharp analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under situations with tight timelines.
