We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join our People Technology Unit in Group People & Sustainability to support the implementation of the HR digitization projects which focus on business process simplification, global alignment, and solution design projects. 

 

You will lead cross-functional task force, interface with functional leads and provide consultation and advice on global process design, development and solutioning to fit the business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global HR business process digitization projects
  • Coordinate HR user activity required during implementation
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, including partnering with IT department in the preparation of test planning, test cases, test execution, test reporting, both locally and globally
  • Coordinate data cleansing and migration activities with team members, vendors and IT department
  • Manage change communications with key stakeholders in the HR community, policy owners, managers and employees
  • Conduct post implementation project health check with key end-users and HR

 

The ideal candidate should be/have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, business or related field, and iHRP certification will be a plus
  • At least 5 years of professional service delivery, project management and governance experience
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules implementation and management
  • Strong in stakeholder management and engagement
  • Ability to drive process refinement and improvement
  • Proven success in change management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to match system technical specs and translate it to HR priorities and strategic growth opportunities
  • Ability to quickly identify root cause of issues and provide solutions
