Marketing Executive - amaysim 🧡

About the Role

The Marketing Executive is an entry level role which reports into the Customer Lifetime Value manager and is the spin in the web for delivering base management campaigns. You will write campaign briefings including copy and design direction. You will test and develop different customer offers and propositions, conducting A/B testing and be in the driver’s seat to stir our promotional engine.

 

You will work closely with key stakeholders on delivering campaigns such as Marketing Design, Product, Engineering and Customer Service. The Data & Analytics team is your go to department for campaign reports and insights. You will challenge the status quo and seek for opportunities to improve campaign performance. Next to that, you will have the opportunity to work on large projects that involves the launch of new product features or capabilities such as app personalisation or push notifications. You will be using innovative technology to personalise the customer experience such as a Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Tableau.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive growth through renewals by delivering end-to-end renewal, reactivation and win-back journeys
  • Driving revenue through delivering end-to-end upsell and cross-sell
  • Campaign briefing including copy writing and briefing design team
  • Support in the delivery of post-campaign insights and findings
  • Collaborating closely with team members across the business including Marketing, Engineering, Product and Data & Analytics

 

About You:

We're looking for the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • CRM/email marketing experience
  • A/B testing practices
  • Ability to critique and optimise creative
  • Ability to review and understand data
  • Highly organised self-starter with an agile approach to working
  • Enjoys working in team environment & challenging status quo
  • Strong attention to detail
