​​​​​​​​​​​​​Looking for an exciting role in identifying industry trends & market intel, managing our portfolio of lifestyle products and revenue growth opportunities? Look no further than Singtel's Manager,  Lifestyle Product Category Management position! The individual will be part of the Mobile Product Marketing team and will be responsible to identify category growth areas, establish new partnership opportunities and develop aligned roadmap & sales activation activities feeding into the overall hardware strategy.

Reporting to the Director, Device Management will take on strategic vendor management, optimizing product mix and  revenue growth.

Make an Impact by

  • Develop data based insights and market trends locally and globally to bring innovative products and differentiate Singtel offering
  • Govern pricing & monitor competitive activities to secure best-in-market proposition to Singtel customers
  • Work with Business Analytics teams to maintain up to date insights to customer needs
  • Negotiate and establish new vendor partnerships, complete necessary commercial agreements and vendor onboarding activities
  • Develop product roadmap, aligned with Customer Success to manage an fresh and agile category through lifecycle
  • Track effectiveness of sales & campaign activities, identify areas for growth
  • Work with various internal teams to leverage planned initiatives to maximise category exposure and meet revenue targets


Skills for Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Business from a recognized university
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Strong retail category experience in Consumer Electronics/Retail environment
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Market insights & intelligence for Lifestyle product category
  • Product roadmap & lifecycle management
  • Retail vendor management
  • Sales activation & trade marketing experience
  • Category analytics
  • Process improvement experience 
  • Curious and analytical, able to realize revenue through green-field opportunities
  • Not afraid of uncertainty and changes, and stay focused on the objectives and targets assigned
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Able to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and rapidly growing environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within complex organization structure
