Change Management Consultant Internship (min 5 months)

Internship Overview:

As a Change Management SAP Intern at NCS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the change management efforts of SAP projects. You will gain hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement and material development. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in change management within a dynamic organization in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements to deliver quality deliverables.
• Material Development: Collaborate with the Change Management team to create visually appealing and user-friendly materials (e.g. infographics, training manuals, guides and videos) that facilitate change and promote user adoption.
• Trainings and Clinics: Support the organization and execution of change management trainings and clinics to drive understanding and adoption of the SAP system.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, progress, and stakeholder interactions.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Be flexible and ready to take on ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Human Resource or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) or graphic design is a plus.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and visual communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Immediate, ideally 6 months and above
