As a Change Management Consultant in the NEXT Digital Consulting team, your responsibilities include:

 

  • Stakeholder identification and management: Identify the key players, both agents of change and receivers of change, define responsibilities, manage relationships, engage users 
  • Impact assessment: By comparing the current and future situations, identify what is changing, who is being impacted and how 
  • Define the process of change: based on the impacts, identify what change actions are needed to prevent issues 
  • Implement the change management actions, monitor the effect and take corrective actions 
  • Ensuring the organization’s roles and HR processes are aligned to the changes 
  • Participation in pre-sales activities - Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals & cost estimates and present these to clients 
  • Assisting in trainings, talks and other activities to communicate and enable internal staff to fulfil service offerings

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in IT / Business Consulting services
  • Some exposure to IT implementation processes with the ability to work with project implementation teams
  • Experience in proposal development
  • Excellent Analysis Skills, logical thinking and common sense. Being able to analyse a problem from multiple perspectives, know which tools or methods to apply, establish connections and relationships, identify a clear hierarchy of ideas, challenge assumptions, identify key points, ask good questions and connect the dots.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral). Structure ideas clearly, create written or graphical material which is clear, structured and concise.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, technical or business oriented
