Responsibilities:

 

  • To develop effective marketing and communication strategies and recommend a suitable Go-To-Market communications plan for Singtel prepaid.
  • To manage and execute new, non-traditional, marketing channels to achieve objectives of building brand awareness, shaping perceptions, and driving purchase behaviour and nurturing brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and launch below-the-line campaigns that include advertising, websites, social media, promotions and on ground activation.
  • To manage and execute prepaid retailers-related communications to aid retail operations, including and not limited to In-store POS, visual display and flyers.
  • To work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing and Sales team to ensure that the campaigns are in synergy with the business objectives.
  • To work closely with the media agencies to deliver digital targets, weekly digital optimisation and executing creative updates/test on digital, webpage update/tagging and updating DCO template.
  • To work closely with external partners to engage with our prepaid customers through digital Facebook live event or events/roadshows.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Marketing and Communications with 3-5 years’ experience, in fast-paced marketing environment, either in marketing agency or corporate environment, and ideally with experience in consumer business.
  • Hands-on experience in creative development and copywriting for digital ads.
  • 360 marketing competencies.
  • Problem-solver, result-driven and highly motivated individual with positive disputation and energy, resilience in the face of negative sentiment.
  • A team player with strong project management skill with attention to details.
