 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build achievable Goal & Action Plans to maximise performance for Channel Partners.
  • Identify hidden issues impacting partner performance.
  • Virtual Sales Manager to Partners.
  • Build Partner Sales skills - from prospecting and sales conversation to negotiation.
  • Conduct pipeline and opportunity reviews with Partners.
  • Prioritise Partner Sales activities and optimise our support resources.

 

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Channel/Agent Management.
  • Engaging customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals.
  • Experience in working with various support teams in coming up with pricing, proposals.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and manage strong pipeline.
  • Confidence and ability to engage partners/customers.
  • Basic understanding of Telecommunications/ICT services.

  • Proficient in using MS Office (Words, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
