Day in the life of a Retail Operations Specialist at Optus

 

  • Mastering all operations, championing stock control, and orchestrating the store's rhythm
  • Backing up our Store Manager, ensuring every operational and financial goals are met
  • Keeping the safety torch ON, training teams with precision processes and WH&S compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues, ensuring everyone's in sync with operational shifts.
