Role and Responsibilities:

As a Client Delivery Lead, you are to ensure the quality delivery of all projects contracted by the Client to NCS. You will partner with the Client Service Lead to bring together NCS offerings from application, infrastructure, cyber-security, communication engineering, digital solutions and thought leadership to solve the key client’s most critical business needs in relation to operational challenges and issues. The Client Delivery Lead has responsibilities that encompass managing business value, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders and leading multifunctional project teams.

 

You will act as the single point of contact for the key client on all projects delivery and managed services delivery matters. Beyond projects and operational delivery matters, you are also expected to:

 

  1. Develop business opportunities to solve the client’s problems;
  2. Ideate solutions using technology and process changes;
  3. Create growth opportunities by taking into account the feasibility and sustainability of these opportunities and the core capabilities of NCS.

 

You will direct the right team across different Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive revenue, quality and customer satisfaction targets and ensure delivery. You are accountable for the delivery services of the client’s account and needs to be involved in the delivery of the programs that you are responsible for.

 

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  1. Have deep industry domain expertise to better understand and frame the client’s context and business needs;
  2. Be able to engage and advise clients on ideas or business solutions based on business needs/problems;
  3. Arm with complex project management experiences and technology skills to lead and guide project teams across different Lines-of-Business (LOBs) on delivery issues.

 

The ideal profile should have / be:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years in IT or ICT; preferably with minimum 10 years of experience leading complex and large-scale system integration projects, providing consultancy to healthcare industry.
  • Process broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships
  • Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in key client industry
  • Process ‘hands-on’ knowledge, vast exposure and wealth of experience within vendor and user environment, coupled with a driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to lead and develop long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery
  • Deep experience in Professional Services organization setup, especially in working driving client engagements and delivering projects
  • Strong collaboration and teaming experience, and ability to work with both senior leadership as well as operational and working level executives.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation with constant transformation to stay market relevant.
