Client Service Analyst

We have a great opportunity for a talented and self-motivated Client Service Analyst to join our CSU team in NCS.

  • Develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with the customers;
  • Work cross-organisationally to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful sales for customers.
  • Support the account in proposal and presentation preparation
  • Conduct research and support the account on ideation initiatives and workshop
  • Develop good understanding of the organisation’s products and services.
  • Meet sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided.
  • Acquire business domain related to the client
  • Develop value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close a sale.
  • Support POC initiatives or project delivery to help secure on-going sales

 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science/Technology related fields
  • An eye for details and strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Independent and good in following up with various stakeholders to get things done.
  • Proven team player who can multi-task, work on last minute changes and tight deadlines
