You will lead a client account where you will build trusted business relationship with designated clients. Your role requires you to know the client business and the industry in which the client operates; and develop a point of view or thought leadership to strengthen NCS brand position in the market place.
Overall responsible for a profitable client account regionally by developing and operationalizing an account growth plan and maintaining deep key client relationship. You are to engage customers strategically, demonstrating our industry insights, understanding clients’ business needs, and providing advisory that exploits digital technologies to realise clients’ business benefits.
In addition, you will be a value creator where you create a differentiated value propositions (digital or business services) and provide thought leadership to the client to achieve its business and profitability growth for NCS.
The ideal profile should have / be:
- Degree in any discipline
- Background in client leading service, and with IT business exposure regionally
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience; preferrable with experience managing large clients from financial investment sector
- Lead and develop long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery
- Deep experience in Professional Services organization setup, especially in working driving client engagements and delivering projects
- Strong collaboration and teaming experience, and ability to work with both senior leadership as well as operational and working level executives.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation with constant transformation to stay market relevant.
