The Collection Manager plays a key role in supporting the financial performance of the organisation by leading collections operations across multiple business segments. This role is responsible to supporting the delivery of collections strategies across enterprise, wholesale, and commercial portfolios and fostering a high-performing team culture.

- Leading and guiding both direct and indirect team members to foster a high-performance culture
- Coaching and mentoring team members through regular engagement and structured development conversations
- Monitoring performance and providing insights through regular reporting and analysis
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear and consistent communication
- Driving the achievement of financial metrics and KPIs aligned with business targets
- Leading dispute resolution efforts through effective planning, negotiation, and execution
- Identifying opportunities to enhance collections processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Applying industry knowledge to support cost-effective operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring processes and team practices support a positive and consistent customer experience
Skills for Success
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership, collections, and contact centre environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities effectively
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and drive improved customer and financial outcomes

- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams to drive performance and engagement
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Experience managing change, driving team transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
