ERP Consultant (SAP Project System)

Overview

As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment with business processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to define functional specifications, conducting system testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring smooth system operations. You will also be responsible for managing system changes, resolving functional issues, and maintaining up-to-date system documentation.
Ideal candidates should have a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 1-5 years of experience in SAP configuration and business process optimization.

What will you do?

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Design and configure SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Work with technical teams to define functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
• Conduct system testing and support UAT to validate business requirements.
• Provide functional support for issue resolution and process improvements.

Change & Configuration Management

• Configure SAP system settings based on business requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of configuration changes.
• Support change management efforts by communicating system enhancements to stakeholders.

System Maintenance & Documentation

• Monitor and support SAP system functionality to ensure business continuity.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 1-5 years of experience in SAP configuration and functional consulting, specializing in SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, PS, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align SAP solutions with business needs.
• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring SAP, and supporting end-users.
• Familiarity with business process analysis and system testing.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Educational Qualification: Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Due to project nature, only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
