Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, prompt and robust legal advice to the business unit, acting always in apro-active manner.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, with a particular focus on contractsfor the Telco, ICT space. Experience in working on sales and procurement contracts is anadded advantage.
  • Provide legal education and training to the business unit as needed, identifying any gapswhich need to be addressed.
  • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders within Singtel to ensure internal policy andcorporate governance is adhered to.
  • Possess excellent client relationship skills with keen interest in learning and understandingthe business, its drivers and the operations
  • Being a team player, and willingness to explore and learn new skillsets.

 

The successful candidate should possess

  • Minimum a Law related degree (Singapore or other recognized law school)
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the commerical sector
  • Excellent stakeholders management and ability to work with mutiple teams
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
