We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing the data/processes of the Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM) project in Group Corporate Procurement. The analyst should map out the end-to-end process flow of the CLM, through the understanding of the workings of processes within the organization.


What will your typical day look like?

  • Build and evaluate business processes; Influence and define process improvements by understanding the current 'As Is' state to map future state
  • Map out and document the end-to-end process of CLM within the business (using swimlane)
  • Identify gaps in the process flow and highlight to management for recommendations (post project implementation). Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Participate in design workshops of the project
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by working cross functionally with the project team members
  • Work multi-functionally to implement system improvements, support testing (UAT) and production support
  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
  • Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Identify issues and risks
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of reporting supervisor
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
  • Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews 
  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review


Is this you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Suite skills such as Microsoft Visio, Sharepoint, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good report writing abilities, aptitude for analyzing data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Able to work independently under challenging environment and timeline
