Creative Project Management Manager (Agency contract)

Requirements:

 

  • Create, optimize, and govern workflow and processes for Consumer Marketing Communications - from cross sell team, performance marketing team, GTM team to creative team.
  • Develop an agreed upon brief requirement in order for actual work to begin.
  • Manage a triage system that defines the importance of a project based on revenue and growth potential, brand importance and visibility. Establish a RACI matrix or recommendation for each type of work.
  • Develop an agreed workflow and reasonable timelines for each type of work with key senior stakeholders. In other words, it is important to manage expectations, high profile work will need realistic timelines.
  • Streamlining approvals. Keeping abreast on production process and creative approval of materials (including clearances delivery, trafficking, etc.). Integrate closely with internal and external trafficking teams to ensure that all tracking is implemented correctly, efficiently, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless.
  • Strengthen and develop Creative team connectivity, be it with our in-house creatives or outsourced partner creatives.
  • Have insight to the in-house team’s overall capacity. Work with agency project managers to govern easy overflow management and develop an agreed process that allow us to deploy freelancers to ensure quick development fast turnarounds.
  • Conduct post campaign reviews to better understand opportunities for future improvement.
  • Help manage key P&L elements such as production vendor costs, licensing fees, internal finance updates, and hours reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team in production finance accounting.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree or diploma holder
  • At least 5 to 8 years of working experience, preferably at an entertainment brand, advertising, or creative content agency with an emphasis on integrated production including online and offline video, high impact display takeovers, rich media, D/OOH, on-ground event activations, digital marketing and paid social campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing campaigns and workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for both Video, Digital and Print materials.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and managerial skills that will help the team see and manoeuvre through capacity issues.
  • Proven track record of supporting creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and media, client management and team dynamics.
  • Strong digital and analytics skills, particularly with reporting and systems.
  • Strategic thinker; able to constructively share feedback – both the good and the tough.
  • Ability to drive compliance and accountability with firmness and fairness.
  • Ability to coach and share best practices. Inspire the team to continually find ways to improve and see both accomplishments and opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure. Drive positive interactions among key team members and stakeholders.
