The Credit Management Executive (AR) is responsible in handling Account Receivable operations for Singtel and NCS Group of companies, including but not limited to receipting and refunds.

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Handling end-to-end Receipting activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and rectification, collection vendor commission
  • In charge of end-to-end Refund activities, such as assessment, raising and providing supporting document to refund request

  • Responsible for end-to-end GIRO Activities, including but not limited to assessment of form besides sending rejection letters

  • Preparation and submission of Audit Schedule

  • Managing of various work Generic mailbox

 

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance Operations handling reconcilation/ checking

  • Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Suite/ tools

  • Possess basic Accounting knowledge

  • Able to communicate efficiently in English, both written and verbal

  • Willing to work based on Singapore Public Holiday calendar
