Customer Acquisition Manager

The Customer Acquisition Manager (Dash) is responsible for planning and implementing customer acquisition online and offline activities such as partnerships, tactical Member-Get-Member programmes and events. He/she should be highly analytical, data driven and will seek to improve upon the key KPIs by planning and executing events and programmes to acquire new Dash users and drive monthly active usage. A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who works independently in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Actively seek out opportunities to run customer acquisition activities including events, promotions and partnership collaborations.
  • Analyse and report data to measure effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Provide results and recommendations for new approaches and partnerships in achieving core KPIs, Member get Member (MGM) and First Use programmes.
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure creatives and communication collaterals are executed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work with product team to ensure user experience is as seamless as possible and make recommendations to improve new user sign up.
  • Work with legal team to ensure proper documentation of agreements for partnerships and setting relevant terms for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with customer retention and rewards team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in continuous user engagement.
  • Creation of acquisition campaigns via mRewards and OneApp systems.
  • Processing of purchasing/sales order and invoices for payment to vendors via SAP system
  • Manage roadshow vendors and drive them to achieve targets by setting goals, providing training & marketing collaterals, performance feedback, on the ground monitoring and managing budgets.
  • Manage event logistic for onsite setup and set proper tracking for premium giveaways

 


The Ideal Candidate

 

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer acquisition or related fields
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience in mobile payments or banking industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (eg. excel, word and powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Has a positive attitude and shows willingness to learn
