We are looking for Customer Care Officer who loves solving probem and creating long term customer relationships.

 

Make an Impact by:

 

  • Process customer requests within service level and accuracy target.
  • Perform outbound calls to customer to remind on the Installation Dates / OpenNet issue / Re-Appointments if customer failed to attend the initial appointment.
  • Perform validation and checks on delays activities.
  • Manages Field Technician calls for technical related enquiries.
  • Process migration to Fiber and New Fiber customer.
  • Verify and ensure order have been processed accurately and on timely manner in order to meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity. 

 

Skills for Success: 

 

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline. 
  • With at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer fronting role via voice in Contact Centre environment. 
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Proactive & have great sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure.
  • Flexible to changes in work schedule.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
