We are looking for Customer Care Officer who loves solving probem and creating long term customer relationships.
Make an Impact by:
- Process customer requests within service level and accuracy target.
- Perform outbound calls to customer to remind on the Installation Dates / OpenNet issue / Re-Appointments if customer failed to attend the initial appointment.
- Perform validation and checks on delays activities.
- Manages Field Technician calls for technical related enquiries.
- Process migration to Fiber and New Fiber customer.
- Verify and ensure order have been processed accurately and on timely manner in order to meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
Skills for Success:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer fronting role via voice in Contact Centre environment.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Proactive & have great sense of urgency.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure.
- Flexible to changes in work schedule.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
