You’ll love this role if you get your kicks by helping others. We’re looking for Customer Care Officer who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships. You are responsible to process customer request of mobile related orders within the agreed service level with the highest accuracy.
Make an Impact by:
- Act on remedial action report.
- Receive request from business stakeholders on New Line/ Refit, Change Plan, Change Instrument, Transfer of Ownership, No Port, Cease Line, Change SIM, Provide & Cease VAS for customer.
- Check and validate that customer’s particulars / request tally against application. Should particulars/ request differs, order takers is required to RFC (Return for Clarification) to the requestor.
- Ensure that the work order status is under “Completed” status before raising a subsequent Change Order.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
- To proactively identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the Team Leader.
Skills for Success:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any related discipline.
- Good to have at least 1 year working experience in contact centre. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Proactive & have great sense of urgency.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure.
- Flexible to changes in work schedule.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
