As a Customer Care Officer, you are responsible to provide excellent customer service by contacting customers to verify their sign-up details and to review the plans they have signed up for. The team required to process the order on behalf of the digital sales.

 

 Make an Impact by:

  • Process customer requests within service level and accuracy target.
  • Act on remedial action report
  • Processing New Fibre / Add on Contents / Standalone IPTV / Mio Home application for Consumer Group upon receiving requests from Sales Team.
  • Processing Port In / Port Back Fibre & ADSL applications for Customer Group
  • Verifying with customers taking up Standalone IPTV & Fibre plans (with new IPTV services) upon receiving requests from Sales which is updated in Spear System.
  • Call customers for verification of their packages signed up to further arrange their appointment dates.
  • To escalate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
  • To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings and buzz sessions, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders. 
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
  • Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time

 

Skills for Success: 

  • Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Studies/Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in contact centre environment. 
  • Customer oriented with places meeting the customers’ need as top priority.
  • Proficiency in English. Able to speak in Mandarin would be added advantage
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure.
  • Able to support in shift basis and Public Holiday.
