As a Customer Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, you will compose and advance the marketing strategy, deliver, and report on highly engaging campaigns concentrating on our Prepaid product.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to customers.
  • Delivering and reporting on highly engaging campaigns to drive customer engagement, growth and retention.
  • Leading and managing key collaborators including internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborating with Product, Go-to-Market, Legal, Service, Commercial, and the broader Prepaid and marketing team to ensure execution of campaigns.

  • Ability to work to tight timeframes and within budget.
  • Extensive experience working with complex data and campaign delivery analysts.
  • Strong background in managing collaborators, including team leadership and vendor coordination.
  • Experience working within an Agile team construct and methodology.
