Customer Marketing Specialist - 12 month FTC

This is a 12-month fixed term contract to join a truly customer focused and high-performance marketing team. This role focuses on managing and reporting highly engaging customer campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle as a Marketing Specialist for customers.
The day to day
- Delivery of a clear, consistent approach to customer comms campaigns
- Drive optimal marketing execution & juggling multiple competing priorities to deliver on collective deadlines.
- Establish, maintain and influence relationships across a broad range of collaborators and partners
- Driving improved campaign performance through an understanding and application of best practice customer marketing techniques
- Campaign execution excellence in line with agreed timelines and budget
- Forecasting, reporting & analysing communications/campaign execution performance to generate learnings & enhancements
- Delivering effective creative campaigns with strong cut-through across all media channels and customer touch points including all direct customer communications, digital advertising and content (web, mobile, social), channel communications (collateral, point of sale) and other channels where relevant.
- Continually striving for improvements in campaign effectiveness and finding new and innovative ways to effectively engage customers.
What we’re looking for
- Extensive professional experience in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in digital campaign marketing and end‑to‑end campaign management.
- Budget planning and budget management experience.
- Knowledge of the Australian internet, multimedia, telecommunications, or consumer products industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Effective planning, organisational, and analytical abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Digital proficiency involving familiarity with key digital publishing and analytics tools (Email, Web, App).
- Data technical skills, including experience with customer data management systems.
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce/ExactTarget, Google Analytics, Engage Click, Movable Ink.
- Experience or familiarity with platforms for coordinating and handling data such as Pega and Lexer.
