Customer Service Executive

The customer service executive will lead a team of desktop engineers to provide end-user computing support to schools. You are a professional and experienced in customer service, human resource coordination and contract administration. You will be responsible to conduct regular customer visits, manage and counsel support personnel. You will also assist to up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel. You are responsible for the good customer satisfaction for the support services. You will also coordinate desktop education programmes for customers.



The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
  • Good customer service and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Display initiative and willingness to learn
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple service requests with strict time limits on an ongoing basis
  • Familiar with MS Office
