Customer Support Executive (Project Management)

We are always looking for new way to deliver new customer experience riding on the latest technology and the Digital & Innovation Support Department plays a pivotal role in this transformational journey. We also support internal users in system and application projects. As a member of the Digital Innovation & Support Department, the key responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive include:

 

  • Enhancement of existing platform / Launching New Platform:
    • Responsibilities In such project are:  requirement gathering, follow up with IT and suppliers in the progress of solution building, testing, result tracking, post implementation optimisation
    • Prior experience in project management will allow candidate to better fulfil the above respsonsibilties
  • Supporting day to day operations of existing platforms, including testing, first level troubleshooting, working with supplier and IT for issue resolution

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Good Diploma
  • Strong Project Management skills with strong execution capabilities to see end-to-end delivery of applications/ projects, preferably in a consumer technology company
  • IT savvy. Good working knowledge of call centre system and application will be an advantage
  • High diligent and analytical. Not afraid of handling details
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player and works well across departments and levels.
  • Independent with problem solving mindset, able to learn fast and connect knowledge with operation needs to overcome challenges.
  • Results-oriented and work with a sense of urgency
