System & Application Project Executive

The Singtel Digital & Innovation Support Department plays a pivotal role in the company’s transformational journey. It is a dynamic, lean and fast paced department that support all systems and applications used by call centres and support teams in Singtel Consumer Operations, with the objectives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, drive digital transformation and deliver excellence customer experience.  


As a Systems & Application Project Executive, you will be responsible for various projects pertaining to enhancement of existing platforms and launching new platforms. You will also be supporting day to day operations of existing platforms, including testing, first level troubleshooting, working with suppliers and IT for issue resolution.


Through this role, you will gain exposure of technology-related projects in various scale in for a wide variety of different used cases in the context of Telco operations. The breadth of exposure from the nature as well as the end to end process of the projects will equip you to be a more all-rounded project management professional.


Key responsibilities would include:


  • Produce documentation that includes user requirement specifications, change request specifications, test scripts, test results, manuals and other technical specifications.
  • Represent users to attend meetings with IT and vendors.
  • Arrange/co-ordinate/conduct trainings and develop materials such as user guides.
  • Work with IT and suppliers to track progress and provide regular progress reports.
  • Work with IT and suppliers to resolve faults and system bugs within agreed service level including conducting root cause analysis and problem rectification, making system configuration changes required to prevent a recurrence of the incident.



  • Good Diploma/degree in any field
  • Strong Project Management skills that entails requirement gathering; testing; looking out for suitable applications and enhancements; execution capabilities; rolling out solutions; see project through completion and keeping track of performance and timeline of projects
  • Able to exercise independent thinking and adopt proactive approach to propose solutions while facing challenges and issues
  • Candidate should have experience in taking initiatives proactively in handling projects, instead of just executing instructions
  • IT savvy with good working knowledge of call centre system and application will be an Advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Independent, proactive and a multi-tasker who is able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
