Make an Impact by

 

  • To be responsible for achieving the revenue objectives for Singtel’s Cybersecurity portfolio.
  • The Cyber Product Specialist will evangelize the value proposition of Cybersecurity to internal stakeholders and enable stakeholders to amplify the product, marketing and selling efforts of cybersecurity solutions and services across all relevant Singtel sales segments.
  • The Cyber Product Specialist is also expected to deliver excellent customer experience through the highest level of external customer engagements throughout the customer life cycle starting from pre-sales stage.
  • Work with Account Management teams and participate in the sales cycle on Cybersecurity opportunities.
  • Identify customer requirements and design solutions that best meet their needs in Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team as part of fronting the RFP requirements from customers and leading the response on proposals with Sales Specialists and Presales
  • Provide effective responses to tenders/ RFPs/ Proposals with Singtel solutions team with solution design and technical clarifications.
  • Deliver solution presentations of proposed solutions covering business, technical and operational benefits to customers.
  • Work with Delivery Teams to include professional services and managed security services.
  • Build a healthy sales funnel to meet Cybersecurity revenue target along with the sales organization.
  • Organize quarterly knowledge briefing sessions for new Account Managers and Sales Specialists.
  • Product Development
    • Work with Delivery and Engineering to develop and maintain compelling product roadmaps that deliver on business requirements
    • Work with Operation to develop E2E in both quote to sales process and backend systems
    • Define, elaborate and communicate high quality feature requirements
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders on a customer journey through digitalization
    • Create product playbooks, sales materials and documentations related to assigned offering portfolio
  • Business Planning & Development
    • Create the product strategy and approach to meet business targets and objectives
    • Identify key growth opportunities with the addressable market and base
    • Work with cross functional teams to ensure successful Go to Market execution and design new product features
    • Lead and be an active participant in execution of go-to-market and launch activities for offerings
    • Lead as domain expert and establish product planning with key technology vendor
  • Product P&L
  • Operate the role as a business owner, maximizing revenue opportunity while developing the product strategy
  • Work with cross functional teams for annual operating plan

 

Skills for Success 

 

  • Degree in IT/computer science or OT (Control Systems Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Presales/Business Development/Account Management/ Product Tech experience in the network and telco space, managing enterprise-class offerings in a regionally/globally environment
  • Experience with network security and cloud security vendors such as Palo Altos, Fortinet, Zscaler, Netskope etc. be preferred.
  • Solution and sell as a consultation approach.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following security areas: penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, incident response and security operations be of advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with networking and security equipment
  • Good to have:
    • CISSP, CCNA, Zscaler, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Cloudflare Product Management certification
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written
  • Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-parties.
  • Must work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Preferably with Cybersecurity and Network Industry and community engagement experience.
