Singtel’s Group Cybersecurity team is looking for a motivated cybersecurity professional to support the planning, architecture review, governance and delivery of key cybersecurity platforms across the enterprise.

In this role, you will support cybersecurity platform refresh and deployment initiatives, working closely with internal Business Units, technology teams, procurement, finance and external vendors. You will help ensure that cybersecurity solutions are designed, delivered and transitioned into operations in line with security, compliance and business requirements.

The role is suited for someone with strong cybersecurity fundamentals, good project coordination skills, and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.

Cybersecurity Engineering & Architecture

• Support cybersecurity planning, architecture, engineering and governance across security platforms and services.
• Review solution designs, technical proposals and implementation plans against security, infrastructure and operational requirements.
• Support the design and integration of security infrastructure, systems, networks and supporting technologies.
• Identify opportunities to standardise, integrate and automate cybersecurity capabilities and processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture standards and operational handover requirements.

Security Platform & Project Delivery

• Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability management, privileged access, secure remote access, host and network security, and other security platforms.
• Coordinate platform refreshes, deployments, migrations, testing and operational handover with Business Units and vendors.
• Support platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, capacity, resilience, maintenance and technical-risk remediation.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and key technical decisions.

Infrastructure & Network Security

• Support security engineering across servers, operating systems, virtual infrastructure and network environments.
• Support network-security capabilities including firewalls, segmentation, secure connectivity and remote access.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, network and security-platform integration issues.
• Support secure configuration, vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities.

Vendor, Tender & Financial Management

• Support RFP/RFQ and tender activities including requirements development, technical evaluation, vendor clarification and proposal assessment.
• Work with vendors to manage technical deliverables, implementation activities and service commitments.
• Support budget planning, expenditure tracking and financial governance for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage technology lifecycle considerations including licensing, maintenance, support renewals and capacity requirements.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems or network security.
• Good understanding of servers, operating systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching and segmentation.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure deployments or technology refreshes.
• Ability to review technical designs and troubleshoot system, network and integration issues.
• Experience working with vendors and supporting technology procurement, tender or commercial activities.
• Good project coordination, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with vulnerability management, privileged access, endpoint security, network security or other enterprise cybersecurity platforms.
• Experience with Linux/Windows administration, virtualisation or data-centre infrastructure.
• Familiarity with scripting, APIs or infrastructure automation.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ, budgeting, licensing and vendor management.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, PMP or equivalent.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in large enterprise or critical-infrastructure environments.
