What we seek to accomplish together:
- Manage team of cyber day 2 engineering resources within specialization track providing guidance, mentorship, performance evaluations.
- Involve in project work to deliver security service which require deeper level of expertise and to drive resolution of operational issue which are escalated to ensure satisfactory closure.
- Responsible for tracking the progress of building technical competencies, develop training and growth plans within specialization track.
- Involve in the hiring process for cyber day 2 to expand the existing portfolio of services (e.g. network security, endpoint security, security analytics etc).
- Involve in the presale activities for cyber day 2, including defining the scope of cyber day 2 services, sizing the effort to support the security technologies deployed in client environment, determine what can be supported internally and what can be delivered via partnership with other parties in NCS or with sub-contractors and process standardization & improvement.
- Assist in improving the quality of service for cyber day 2 team.
- To be one of the Subject Matter Expert (or trusted technical advisor) in cyber technologies during presale and day 2 phases.
- Mentoring engineers or interns to ensure they can assist the team in executing operational tasks for projects.
- Accountable for various tasks above and provide regular update to the Practice Lead
A little bit about you:
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Systems
- Minimum of 10 Years in Cyber Security Experience
- Strong working knowledge of various cyber security domains such as network security, web/app security, endpoint security, security analytics and managed security services.
- Strong background in team management, cybersecurity projects and security processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Team player and able to work independently
