Make an Impact by

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account customer.
  • Conduct Logical Security Reviews (privilege accounts, logs, changes).
  • Maintain customer database (authorized personnel, escalation list).
  • Coordination with customer for maintenance activities.
  • Coordination with customer for all audits.
  • Final review and closure of all Incidents.
  • On-site support during major maintenance.
  • Ensure all customer SLA requirements are met and maintained.
  • Handle customer SLA meetings, including review of SLA, consumption, PUE, Incidents, audits, improvement plans, etc.
  • Ensure data centre facility operations met customer’s SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Ensure maintain good relationship with VVIP and potential customers
  • Ensure to take ownership of the critical issues and follow-up until it’s closure to meet the customer expectation
     

Skills for Success

 

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-3 Years experience in Data Centre industry in the Operational and/or Service Delivery field.
  • Service management experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer service environment.
  • Have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills.
  • Good at planning and organization.
  • Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Good in report writing and presentation skill.
  • Team player who is also able to perform independently
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Well organized and able to reschedule priorities as circumstances change 
  • Analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and Proactive
