Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site Dealer PC terminal and peripheral devices maintenance and support at various Singtel Exclusive Dealer Shops
  • Manage and maintain Dealer networks.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and commissioning of new hardware and software.
  • Prepare statistical reports of equipment performance and faults.
  • Formulate effective processes & adapt to new work processes from time to time.
  • To perform shift or staggered shift duties when called upon by supervisor.
  • To respond and attend to faults when called upon by supervisor or from the Operation Centre after office hours.
  • To liaise and co-ordinate with equipment vendors in resolving technical issues.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/ITE Certification on Systems Network with  at least 2 years of relevant experience supporting help desk on network and end user equipment; 
  • Good technical knowledge of computer networking, including knowledge of hardware, protocols, and internet standards. Candidates who possess CCNA certification will have added advantage
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Independent - able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good team player
  • Customer-oriented and able to work and interact with people of all levels
  • 5 day work week - open to doing shift work, weekends and public holidays
