DevSecOps Tools Support Engineer

Primary purpose: 

The Support Engineer will help to provide support (test & troubleshooting) to internal DevSecOps tools running in Azure Cloud.

The Support Engineer will implement various initiatives related to running & maintaining applications in Azure Cloud.



  • Troubleshoot & investigate application & infrastructure related issues impacting DevSecOps toolset.
  • Support implementation and/or implement of various internal initiatives related to service improvement (e.g: Azure patching of infra & apps, monitoring)
  • Execute sanity testing pre & post change implementation executed by various internal teams.
  • Execute operational maintenance activities (azure, applications).


The ideal candidate shouldbe/have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holder in information systems, computer science. Passionate for IT and keen to learn & develop their technical skills in real-life industry scenarios.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate within the technical team and end-user.
  • Knowledge of working with Azure Cloud.
  • Knowledge of writing PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of using JIRA & Confluence.
  • Both Windows & Linux skills are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of network & firewall.
  • Knowledge of following is nice to have but not mandatory: Terraform, Chef, GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Fortify, SonarQube.
  • Knowledge of OS Patching & Monitoring is nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Disciplined and self-motivated individual who can work independently.
  • Availability to provide support outside of working hours (as and when needed).
