Digital Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve set sales target, customer experience and other related FY targets for Digital Sales
  • Execute campaigns and tactical activities to drive online sales, traffic and contribution, while being able to do performance tracking and review
  • Leverage on SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic to the website to achieve higher sales conversion and sharper targeting
  • Work with various stakeholders (Developers, Business Operations) to ensure weekly promotions and UX implementation is accurate and timely
  • Content management of multiple asset spaces on Singtel.com including accessories pages and UNBOXED
  • Liaise with in-house designers/external design agency and Marcom to conceptualise and create content
  • Customer engagement – reaching out to customer base with targeted communications
  • Managing customer escalations from online purchases
  • Support in verification of online orders
  • Stock management of accessories and devices to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Analyse marketing campaigns/sales performances and execute get-well plans

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, New Media or Business
  • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Document, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Google Analytic, SEO, SEM, Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Social Media & Email Marketing is a huge plus
  • A prior internship with eCommerce/Marketing background is a huge plus
