Digital Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

 

1. Telesales sales achievement (Individual)

  • Achievement of sales target set by the company. i.e. Mobile New and Recontract, Fibre and SingtelTV GA (Contents, Broadband targets, Revenue and Churn rate.) through voice and digital support channels
  • Develop effective Sales pitch based on promotion, policies and product updates.

 

2. Telesales administration

  • Achieving Sales target.
  • Resolve escalated complaints from customers, customer service, sales support team and other sales streams.
  • Assist customer Sales queries through different platform primarily on VideoChat, Chat, Outbound and Inbound.
  • Work around the CORE VALUE (Customer Focus, Challenger Spirit, Team work, Integrity and Person Execellence.

 

3. Customer Experience

  • Resolve escalated complaints from customers, customer service, sales support team and other sales streams.
  • Be a SingTel Ambassador and suggest improvements, seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies and procedures for the company or department.
  • Implement company’s Customer Experience policies amongst TeleSales teams (Inhouse).
  • Assisting Team Leader to Improve CE index and NPS.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any profession with at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or GCE 'A' level with at least 6 months' experience in sales
  • Confidence in sales through traditional voice and digital sales support channels
  • Customer service oriented, target driven and challenge seeking
  • Possess good communication skills and proficient in English language
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Effective team player
  • Effective interpersonal skills. Able to relate well to people at all levels
  • Good communication and listening skills and able to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with friendly disposition
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Able to work rotating shift and weekends.
