Responsibility:

  • Strong supervisory, performance management and workforce planning skills.
  • Problem solving/conflict resolution skills, i.e. able to understand and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written (particularly with grammar and professionalism), and a second language.
  • Capacity to learn new technology and processes quickly.
  • Capacity to work with service-related KPIs.
  • Experienced with working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
  • Ability to effectively deal with and manage stressful situations.
  • Ability to function co-operatively and contribute as part of the team.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in any discipline with credit in English.
  • 1 year experience in Sales/Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess strong customer service orientation and proven excellent customer service skills
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written (particularly with grammar and professionalism), and a second language.
