This role is a pivotal role that combines a strong passion for technology with exceptional sales execution to drive new revenue opportunities in Cloud and ICT.

 

As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and driving adoption of cloud and digital solutions across Enterprise and SME segments. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering revenue growth.

Revenue Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new customers within Enterprise and SME segments.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base and increase market share.

 

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and position relevant cloud and ICT solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored solution proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

 

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of cloud and digital services.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support product launches and drive market awareness through direct customer engagement.

 

Pipeline Management & Performance Tracking

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue delivery.
  • Track and report sales activities, forecasts, bookings, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze pipeline health and implement actions to improve conversion rates.

 

Innovation & Business Growth

  • Identify Right-to-Win opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating deals.
  • Contribute to the development of new business models and monetization opportunities.
  • Support the commercialization of new cloud and digital services through direct customer engagement.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Degree in Business Admin., Infromation Technology, Engineering or related,
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Experience working in cloud computing, telecommunications, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through channel partners.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder management experience
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration, managed services, and enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
  • Proven marketing strategy, GTM and management skills
  • Strong cross-functional team/ project management skills
  • Ability to work independently under stress in a fast paced and dynamic environment
